As far as I am currently aware, according to their disclaimer, they're willing to take down works if the creator of said work so wishes.
Edit: Tip from Cublx - You can prevent further unpermitted use of your work by going into 'manage deviations', selecting deviations you don't want taken, and changing the settings to 'members only, and discourage sharing'. This means only logged in deviants will be able to see your work, thus making it less likely for random websites to find and take your work.

Last night, PuffinBunnie posted a status update that said the following.
"Ummm so this website has some of my old art on it and I'm not sure how to feel about it?? They did give me credit but it kinda ticks me off that who ever runs this site didn't ask first? daot.tk/?scubaOut of curiosity, I searched my own DeviantArt username, and sure enough I got results. At no point in time did I ever give permission for my work to be used on this site. I also found results by searching other peoples' usernames, sometimes finding commissions, and even photos of pets and people, all personal and taken from DeviantArt. Try searching your username, go ahead. Something of yours might just pop up among the results. Search your friends' usernames to see if their work is up there, too. I've sent an email to an administrator requesting to have the works taken down, and if you do find your own work, I advise you to do the same. Remember to always watermark your art, and make sure your work doesn't end up somewhere it shouldn't be!uffinBunnie
